Terms and Conditions
In case of cancellation of taxi due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons we must be informed by e-mail. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the request in writing and cancellation charges would be as following:
- 60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the advance paid/service cost
- 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 15% of the advance Paid/service cost
- 29 days to 10 days prior to arrival – 20% of the advance paid/service cost
- 09 days to 02 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost
- 1 Day prior to arrival – No Refund
- Cancellation during the tour – No refund.
Pick up Details
Driver will be available in Airport / Railway Station Entrance showing Placard on Guest Name. If the pick up point is any other locations Driver will call on your Phone number provided . If there is any difficulty to find the Driver Guest can call our Pick up Assistance Number or Customer Care Number.
All of our vehicles are well maintained and driven by experienced drivers, uniformed chauffeurs, who understand workable English / Hindi / Tamil. All our vehicles are equipped with comfort and safety features to match the international standards like front and rear seat safety belts, first aid kits. Features for your comfort include Air-conditioning and audio systems.
Multiple days Tour Packages
Indigo/Swift Dezire / Logon – Maximum Three Persons including Children.
Tavera / Innova – Maximum Six Persons including Children.
Tempo Traveler 12 : Maximum Ten Persons including Children.
Tempo Traveler 16 : Maximum Fifteen Persons including Children.
Top Luggage Carrier will not be available in Indigo/ Swift Dezire / Logon / Tempo Traveler 12. Dickey space is available in Indigo/ Swift Dezire / Logon. Normal Luggage can be accommodated inside Tempo Traveler 12. Top Carrier will be available in Tavera / Innova with capacity of 35 to 40 KGS ( 4-5 medium suitcases)
Generally passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage. Our drivers will offer hand of help in many cases with your luggage at passenger’s discretion.
Number of passengers including children and Infants must be stated clearly during the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services if their luggage are extremely excess and deemed as unsafe for the vehicle on the road.
All our drivers are licensed, experienced, friendly and well mannered. They are regularly taking guests to all over Kerala. They are able to take all possible sightseeing in the trip. They will assist you in all activities in Tourist Locations
Normal Driver duty time for Tour packages is 8 AM to 8 PM. It can be changed if needed with mutual understanding of Driver and Passenger. Late night and early morning traveling will not be entertained but in case of emergency passenger can use the vehicle any time.
Drivers able to communicate with workable English/Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam. If there is any communication problem with Driver or General Public passenger can contact our helpline nos any time.
In case of breakdown/ accident of the vehicle during the Trip, we will arrange alternative vehicle without any extra payment. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures (Strike, Hartal, Bandh) or any untoward incidents.
Guests are requested to complete their sightseeing at least by 8:00PM. Apart from the emergency in any circumstances the vehicle will not run after 8:00PM. Kindly co-operate with the driver, so that he can serve you better.
